Effective upon account creation

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account. By registering for a FixxyApp account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

1. License and Use

FixxyApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You may post content, such as service listings or messages. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to upload:

• Illegal, abusive, or offensive material.
• False or misleading information.
• Content that violates third-party rights.

We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to interact respectfully with other users and not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Spam or solicit commercial offers.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Services

FixxyApp may offer paid features. All payments are final unless required by law. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding services offered through the app.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FixxyApp is not liable for damages arising from:

• Service interruptions or errors.
• User interactions or third-party services.
• Loss of data or business opportunity.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and FixxyApp, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is not obligated to provide support. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
